Guidelines: About Meeting Postal Requirements

Immediately before printing, DAZzle verifies the mailpiece for compliance to all US Postal Service mailing rules to ensure that the US Postal Service does not reject it. If DAZzle detects that critical postage elements (for example, the FIM Code, the address and postage barcodes) would be cut off, DAZzle offers to automatically correct these problems (if possible). For example, if the FIM Code would be cut off at the top of the envelope (due to the unprintable area of the printer), DAZzle suggests turning on the Print upside-down option to correct this.

Whenever DAZzle detects one of these printing problems that causes your mail to potentially be rejected by the US Postal Service, DAZzle will not allow you to print the mailpiece. You must correct the problem manually or as suggested.
